- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans.

3Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds.

4Beat on medium speed for 45 seconds.

5Pour into pans.

6Bake for 50 or 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
