- 3 beaten eggs
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon allspice
- 1 12 cups pumpkin
- 1 12 cups light cream, heated
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 34 cup pecans
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients.

2Add pumpkin and mix.

3Add cream and mix well.

4Pour into unbaked pie crust.

5Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then 350 for 20 minutes.

6Mix together butter, brown sugar and pecans.

7Remove pie from oven and cover pie with pecan mixture.

8Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
