  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

    Beat eggs, then add rest of ingredients in order given.

    Mix with a wire whisk.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 45 minutes.
