  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. canned cream

Directions

    Mix ingredients and pour in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake for twenty-five minutes or until a fork inserted in the filling comes out clean.
