  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
