- 1 can Libby's pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. evaporated milk (1 can milk plus enough milk to equal 2 c.)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- pinch of salt
- 2 pie crusts
Directions

1Bake pie crusts for 10 to 12 minutes.

2Mix dry ingredients. Mix into the pumpkin.

3Add eggs and milk.

4Mix with spoon.

5Pour 1/2 into each crust.

6Be careful not to overfill or to get mix on edges of pie crust.

7Bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

8Check after 30 minutes.

9Can freeze 1/2 of mixture and bake it later.
