  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk

    Beat eggs lightly.

    Stir in remaining ingredients in order. Pour into unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells.

    Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is cooked.
