  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    In large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs and cinnamon.

    Blend well.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°. Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer until center of pie is set.
