  • 2 c. cooked, well drained pumpkin
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • cinnamon (to top)

Directions

    Heat mixture, then add eggs last.

    Prepare favorite pie crust and pour in filling.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 425°, or until crust is brown.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

    Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Let cool.

    Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
