  • 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°. Reduce temperature to 350°. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
