- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. fresh milk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- pastry for single crust pie
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and spice; mix well. Add pumpkin; stir for thorough mixing.

2Add eggs.

3Beat lightly with rotary beater or fork.

4Gradually add in evaporated milk and milk.

5Place pie shell on oven rack.

6Pour in mixture.

7Cover edge of dough with foil.

8Bake for 25 minutes at 375°.

9Remove edge foil and continue baking for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

10May be topped with whipped cream.
