  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (or use 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. cloves)

  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 (9-inch) pie crust shells
