Pumpkin Pie Cake

- 1 large can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat together pumpkin, eggs and milk.

2Add sugar and spices. Beat again.

3Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mix.

4Spoon melted margarine over all, then add nuts.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean.

6Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
