Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves or 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, spices and evaporated milk with pumpkin.

    Pour this mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over all.

    Sprinkle nuts over top, then drizzle melted oleo over all.

    Ready to bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
