- 1 lb. 13 oz. can pumpkin
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend all ingredients and beat well.

2Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sprinkle with 1 package of yellow cake mix (dry) and 1 cup of chopped walnuts.

4Drizzle 1 stick of melted margarine over mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Cool and frost with Cool Whip.

7Sprinkle chopped nuts lightly over Cool Whip.
