Pumpkin Pie Cake

- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 cube melted oleo
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat all ingredients together except cake mix, oleo and nuts. Put pumpkin mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Sprinkle the dry cake mix over mixture in cake pan.

3Pour the melted oleo over top of cake mix and sprinkle the nuts on top of this.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour, no longer.

5Cool.

6Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

7Can omit ginger or nutmeg.
