- 2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed cloves
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 3 c. canned milk (Milnot)
- 1 box deluxe yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Blend the pumpkin, eggs and vanilla.

2Add sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, cloves and allspice.

3Mix these ingredients well. Add canned milk and continue to mix well.

4Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Spread dry cake mix on top evenly. Sprinkle on nuts and melt margarine and pour over top.

6Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350°.
