- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin pie filling
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1Blend oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie filling.

2Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice.

3Mix all together.

4Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan.

5Pour ingredients into pan and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

6Then bake at 300° until cake is done.

7Cool 45 minutes.
