Pumpkin Pudding Cake

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • Cool Whip
  • 1 box cake mix (yellow, butter brickle or spice)
  • 1/2 lb. margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix well the pumpkin pie mix and eggs.

    Add evaporated milk and blend.

    Spread this mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch buttered pan. Sift the cake mix over the mixture.

    Dribble margarine on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Cool.

    Cut into squares.

    Can add dollop of Cool Whip but it is delicious served plain.

    Makes approximately 15 servings.
