Pumpkin Pudding Cake

- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- Cool Whip
- 1 box cake mix (yellow, butter brickle or spice)
- 1/2 lb. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix well the pumpkin pie mix and eggs.

2Add evaporated milk and blend.

3Spread this mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch buttered pan. Sift the cake mix over the mixture.

4Dribble margarine on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Cool.

6Cut into squares.

7Can add dollop of Cool Whip but it is delicious served plain.

8Makes approximately 15 servings.
