- 1 (16 oz.) loaf bread with cinnamon
- 5 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can solid-packed pumpkin
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- confectioners sugar for garnish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut each bread slice into 4 slices.

3In a very large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat milk, sugar, pumpkin, flour, ground ginger, vanilla extract and eggs until well mixed.

4Add bread; gently press down bread to coat well.

5Let bread soak in milk mixture 15 minutes.
