  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (you can reduce the amount if you wish)
  • 1/4 c. milk

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan or angel food cake pan, 10 x 4-inches.

    Beat all ingredients on low speed with hand mixer 30 seconds, beat on medium speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

    Spread in pan.

    Bake 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
