  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except nuts.

    Grease cookie sheet.
  3. 3
    Line with wax paper and grease. Pour batter onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle tea towel with powdered sugar. Drop out cake, peel off paper.
  6. 6
    Roll up cake lengthwise in towel.
  7. 7
    Cool completely.
