  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup dried squid dried and pounded to small pieces
  • 100 grams pork belly thinly sliced and fried
  • 1 cup pork crackle pounded to small pieces
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese grated 100 grams for base 100 grams for final topping
  • 1/2 cup lechon sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sachet magic sarup
  • 200 grams sliced ham into small pieces

Directions

    after making pizza dough which is easy to find on here, roll out to fit large size pizza tray.

    spread chilli sauce over base evenly up to the edges

    put half grated cheese on top of chilli sauce.

    spread over sliced pork belly

    mushrooms

    sliced ham

    pour lechon sauce over the top evenly.

    put pork crackle on top

    and lastly put rest of cheese on top

    and bake in a pre warmed oven of 200 c for 15 minutes
