- 1 cup almonds natural
- 16 medjool dates Natural Delights, pitted
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Directions

1Pulse the almonds in a food processor until ground, but chunky. Transfer to a bowl.

2Pulse the dates in the food processor until almost smooth, adding up to 3 tbsp. water as needed, to help blend.

3Add pumpkin spice and pulse the mixture until completely incorporated, scraping down the sides as needed.

4Transfer date mixture to a large bowl. Scoop the mixture into 2-tablespoon balls or rolls, rolling with your hands. Roll these in the ground almond to coat them.

5Place the balls/rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
