Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 2 large cans Pet milk or Milnot
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Mix together the pumpkin, Pet milk, eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice.

    Pour onto first baked mixture.

    Combine the pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar and margarine; sprinkle pecan mixture over pumpkin.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
