Ingredients
- 8 oz Shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Julienned sundried tomatoes
- 5 Chopped basil leaves
- 1/3 can Paul Newman Vodka Sauce
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan
- 2 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Polenta for sprinkling
Directions

1Proof yeast in lukewarm water.

2Mix in flour and remaining dough ingredients a little at a time until a soft ball of dough is formed

3Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-8 minutes or until consistency is even and there is good elasticity.

4Return dough to oiled bowl and cover with either a damp towel or seran wrap and let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour or until doubled.

5Preheat oven to 400.

6Punch down dough and roll out til it is the desired thickness (about half an inch).

7Sprinkle polenta on cooking sheet and place the dough on it

8Spread tomato sauce on dough.

9Add parmesan, basil and pine nuts.

10Place on middle rack and cook for about eighteen minutes.

11Add sundried tomatoes to cooking pizza and continue to cook for about 4 minutes or until crust starts to brown.

12Remove pizza from oven.
