  • 2 c. pumpkin (canned)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt butter in baking dish. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour into bowl over butter; do not mix.

    Sprinkle with reserved sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
