  • 2 cups water
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 cups uncooked pumpkin or 4 cups squash
  • 12 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
  • 14 cup oil
  • 1 14 ounces peas
