- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lb. beef chuck
- 2 large tomatoes
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. cooked corn (room temperature)
Directions

1Heat oil and saute onion.

2Add meat until brown.

3Heat to boiling; cover and simmer 1 hour.

4Brush inside of pumpkin with butter, salt and pepper.

5Place in Pyrex pan with water.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Stir in corn and marjoram.
