- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and brown sugar.

3In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice.

4Add egg mixture and stir just until blended.

5Stir in pumpkin; fold in apples and walnuts.
