Pumpkin Yeast Bread

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
Directions

1Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and spices.

2In saucepan, heat milk, butter, brown sugar and salt until warm; stir constantly. Add to dry mixture.

3Stir in pumpkin and beat well.

4Add remaining flour.

5Dough will be moderately stiff.

6Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (5 to 8 minutes).

7Shape into ball and place into lightly greased bowl, turning once.

8Cover; set in warm place and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour). Punch down; shape into loaf.
