Ingredients

  • 13 c. boiling water
  • 3 large boxes peach Jell-O
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 large cans pineapple juice (unsweetened)
  • 16 oz. ReaLemon juice
  • 2 (2 liter) ginger ale

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water; add lemon and pineapple juice.

    Mix well; let cool.

    Pour mixture into 2 large freezer bags and freeze.

    Take out of freezer 1 1/2 to 2 hours before serving.

    Just before serving, add one ginger ale to each bag; mix well.

    Makes 2 1/2 gallons.
