- 4 small pkg. peach jello
- 4 c. boiling water
- 4 c. hot water
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. lemon juice
- 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
- 2 qt. ginger ale or 7-Up
Directions

1Dissolve jello in boiling water.

2Let cool.

3Combine hot water and sugar; boil.

4Remove from heat; add jello mixture, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

5Pour into plastic gallon containers and freeze.

6Remove punch from freezer 8 hours before it is to be served.

7Pour into punch bowl when ready to serve; add ginger ale or 7-Up.

8Serves 70 to 75.
