  • For 10 Servings:
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 Cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Golden Rum
  • 1/2 tsp grated Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp Aromatic (Angostura) Bitters

Directions

    1) Beat eggs until fluffy

    2) add eggs mixture and sugar to double broiler until mixture is thick and sugar is dissolved

    3) Remove from heat then add evaporated and sweetened milk, and rum

    4)Add zest, nutmeg, and bitters, mix well....

    5)Refrigerate until serving
