- 2 1/4 pounds fish pieces
- 3 teaspoons garlic crushed
- 2 teaspoons ginger crushed
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons besan
- salt to taste
- chilli powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon ajwain whole
- 1 teaspoon haldi powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- oil for deep frying
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together and coat on fish pieces. Keep asie to marinate for 1 hour.

2Now deep fry is oil till fish is tender.

3Serve hot singly or with Naan and onion rings and chutney.
