  • 2 1/4 pounds fish pieces
  • 3 teaspoons garlic crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ginger crushed
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons besan
  • salt to taste
  • chilli powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain whole
  • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • oil for deep frying

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together and coat on fish pieces. Keep asie to marinate for 1 hour.

    Now deep fry is oil till fish is tender.

    Serve hot singly or with Naan and onion rings and chutney.
