  • 1 Salt (to taste)
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 dash Umami seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tsp to 3 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp to 1 tbsp Sesame oil

    Shred the cabbage.
