   Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together in large saucepan.

   Let cool slightly.

   Pour over Rice Chex in large container. Mix thoroughly.

   Toss well in powdered sugar to coat. May be

   to cool, or may leave in container, tossing occasionally.
