- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup flour Whole Purpose
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups chana dal
- 2 cups jaggery grated
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
Directions

1Wash and boil chana dal in pretty of water till soften

2Strain the cooked chana dal and reserve the water for making Katachi Amti.

3Now grind the chana dal in mixer or with the help of masher.

4Add the mashed chana dal and jaggery in a pan and let it cook slowly.

5Add cardamom and nutmeg powder.

6Stir continuously till the mixture becomes thick.

7Now the stuffing for Puran Poli is ready. Keep it aside

8To make Poli

9In a bowl mix wheat flour, whole purpose flour, ghee, water and salt. Knead into soft dough. Seal wrap it and keep it aside for 15 mins.
