Ingredients

  • 2 angel food cakes ready made, torn in bite size pieces
  • 42 ounces blueberry
  • pie filling
  • 1 container cool whip save 1/4 for topping
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts finely chopped

Directions

    In a large bowl mix torn cake pieces, blueberry pie filling and 3/4 of Cool Whip.

    Mixture will turn purple in color.

    After mixed place in a pretty clear bowl or trifle bowl.

    Put remaining Cool Whip on top for icing look.

    Then place the nuts for decoration.

    Chill.

    Use for a quick and easy recipe. (I use it at special occasions for the unusual color it has.)

    Yield: 10 or more servings.
