  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • salt and pepper

    Bake potatoes until done.

    Cut potatoes in half and remove potato from shell.

    Place pulp in large mixing bowl.
