Put-Back Potatoes

Ingredients
- potatoes (as many as you like)
- pinch of each salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk for each potato
- 3 tsp. grated Cheddar cheese for each potato
Directions

1Bake your potato.

2Take the potato out of the oven when it's all done, wait a little bit for it to cool, then cut it in half and scoop the potato out into a bowl.

3Keep one of the skins. Save 1/3 of the cheese to sprinkle on the top of the potato before it goes in the oven.

4Mix the rest of the cheese, milk, salt and pepper with potato.

5If you like butter, add a pat per potato now. Use the masher when potato is still a little warm.

6Put mixture into potato skin.

7Place in baking dish.

8Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
