  • 4 3/4 cups macaroni
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can anchovies minced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • black olives
  • 2 peppers guindilla, chopped, may substitute red pepper flakes
  • parsley minced
  • oregano Ground
  • salt

Directions

    Saute the garlic with the parsley and oregano and stir slightly. Add the anchovies with a little of their oil, stir, and add the tomato, olives, pepper, and capers. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add salt if necessary.

    Cook the pasta al dente, following the directions on the package. Drain and serve with the sauce.
