- 6 or more dressed quail
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- uncooked biscuits (at least a doz.)
- dash each of salt and pepper
Directions

1Simmer quail in saucepan until tender enough to remove from bone.

2Mix cornstarch with the broth that the quail was cooked in. Bring to boil, then simmer until broth thickens.

3Stir often. Add meat.

4Pour entire mixture into Pyrex dish.

5Top with unbaked biscuits.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.

7Do not overcook.
