- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 200 g dried quandongs
- 1 1/4 liters water
- 20 g sugar
- 35 g arrowroot
Directions

1Simmer the fruit, water and sugar for 10 minutes.

2Remove the fruit and thicken the sauce with arrowroot.

3Return the fruit to the sauce and allow to cool.

4Line a pie tin with shortcrust pastry.

5Fill with the fruit mixture and top with a pastry lid.

6Bake at 190 C for 45 minutes.
