- 3 Tbsp. vegetable cooking oil
- 1 lb. beef or chicken fajita meat
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Kraft 4-cheese Mexican cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
- Pam cooking spray
- pico de gallo
- guacamole
- sour cream
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Add fajita meat, bell peppers and onion.

3Cook until meat is browned and cooked throughout, about 15 minutes.

4Drain fat from meat and set cooked fajita meat aside. Spray a large griddle with Pam cooking spray.

5Heat on medium-high heat until griddle is hot.

6Place 3 to 4 tortillas in a single layer on hot griddle.

7Add a layer of fajita meat and a layer of cheese.

8Place a flour tortilla on top of cheese.

9Cook for 5 minutes and turn.

10Cook an additional 5 minutes.

11Remove from heat.

12Serve while hot with pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream if desired.
