- 14 cup diced green chilis
- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 ounce pickled jalapeno juice
- 23 cup whole milk
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 pinch cumin (optional)
Directions

1Toss all ingredients into a large microwave-safe bowl.
