- 1 pkg. Velveeta shells and cheese dinner
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can Ro-Tel chopped chilli peppers and tomatoes
- 3/4 c. water
- chopped tomatoes
- sour cream
Directions

1Cook macaroni dinner as directions call for.

2After you drain the macaroni, add the cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes and stir lightly. Brown the ground meat and drain.

3Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water.

4Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

5In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer the macaroni, then the meat on top.

6Cook at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7When serving, top with sour cream and tomatoes, with tortilla chips on the side.
