  • 1 pkg. Velveeta shells and cheese dinner
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can Ro-Tel chopped chilli peppers and tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. water
  • chopped tomatoes
  • sour cream

Directions

    Cook macaroni dinner as directions call for.

    After you drain the macaroni, add the cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes and stir lightly. Brown the ground meat and drain.

    Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water.

    Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer the macaroni, then the meat on top.

    Cook at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    When serving, top with sour cream and tomatoes, with tortilla chips on the side.
