- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 c. milk (2% fat)
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Combine egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup milk and seasonings.

2Beat until smooth.

3Blend in remaining milk; stir in half of Swiss cheese.

4Pour into pan.

5Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

7Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
