- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans small shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 large can mushrooms
Directions

1Beat eggs and cream together.

2Stir in pepper and Swiss cheese.

3Saute shrimp and mushrooms for 10 minutes; add onion and salt, if desired.

4Stir into egg/cheese mixture.

5Pour into pie crusts.

6Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 375° 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden.
