  • 2 lb. sage sausage
  • 10 oz. evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. canned mushrooms
  • 4 large beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 bay leaves, crushed
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 ready-made pie crusts

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into 2 raw pie crusts.

    Bake on center rack at 350° approximately 1 hour.

    Can also be frozen. Thaw before baking.
